Week 2! Get Your Veg On!!!

Recommendations of 8-10 servings a day is required to get the necessary amount of nutrients in the body.  When we consume less than that, we are essentially "emptying the bank" and depleting our body's ability to function at an optimal level.   Your challenge is to meet or exceed the 8-10 servings a day, and try 3 new fruits or vegetables.  Show us how you do it!
